Do you think employees should be given ten days paid leave by their boss to do something amazing ie volunteer or fundraise?

Definately! Businesses should be making a contribution to society and this is an easy way to do it - no money, just time.

No Businesses have got their own problems to worry about, we give money to charity surely that's enough?

Yes, but... I'm not sure if my boss would be up for it. I think it's a great idea but I'd need to persuade the top dog.
