Deccan Chargers! Deccan Chargers also called as DC is a franchise that represents the city of Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League. The team is led by Adam Gilchrist and coached by Darren Lehmann, both former Australian Test & One-Day Cricketers. They finished last in the first season of the IPL, but emerged as the champions in the second by winning it.

Delhi Daredevils! Delhi Daredevils is the Delhi franchise for the Indian Premier League. The franchise is owned by the GMR Group. The team is captained by Gautam Gambhir. They ended up in semi-finals in both the seasons.

Kings XI Punjab! Kings XI Punjab is a cricket franchise based in Mohali, Punjab in the eight team Indian Premier League. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are ranked the most valuable franchise brand at US$42.1million. Had poor performance in both the seasons.

Mumbai Indians! Mumbai Indians is a cricket team in the Indian Premier League. The team is led by Sachin Tendulkar, who is also the Icon Player for the team. The team is coached by Robin Singh and is owned by India's biggest conglomerate, Reliance Industries.

Rajasthan Royals! Rajasthan Royals is a franchise cricket team based in Jaipur that plays in the IPL. The team is led and coached by Shane Warne. Leicestershire spinner Jeremy Snape signed on with the Rajasthan Royals as their high-performance coach and team psychologist. They were the champions of the inaugural IPL tournament in 2008.

Royal Challengers Bangalore! Royal Challengers Bangalore (also referred to as RCB) is an Indian Premier League team, based in the city of Bangalore. The team is owned by the drinks magnate Vijay Mallya, through his flagship firm UB Group. Brijesh Patel is the CEO of the RCB and Anil Kumble is the captain. Rahul Dravid is the team's Icon Player, while Ray Jennings, the former South African coach, is the coach.
